Founded in 1991, in what was then Czechoslovakia, FAnn parfumérie is a leading cosmetics retailer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, selling luxury and selective brands of fragrance, cosmetics and skincare products from over 100 international brands, in over 60 retail outlets. In addition, they also operate three FAnn Beauty salons.
Ogloba have been chosen by FAnn parfumérie (Slovakia) to supply a complete giftcard solution. The partnership means that FAnn parfumérie will be able to offer their customers with a digital, and mobile gift card (mGC) purchasing and redemption platform, in addition to offering traditional plastic gift cards. The solution will be operated by all FAnn retail outlets and allow customers to purchase and redeem plastic gift cards in-store. In addition, the Ogloba platform includes an online store from where customers can order plastic gift cards to be mailed, but also purchase digital giftcards that can be sent via e-mail, mobile phone or Facebook. Digital cards can be easily redeemed in-store, or online, and mean that customers can buy and redeem gift cards in a way that is most convenient for them, and will increase the sale and redemption of gift cards.
The solution is seamlessly integrated into FAnn’s existing IT infrastructure, and is managed from Ogloba’s easy-to-use BackOffice software platform.
